Capno Breath Training

Breathing is one of the Behaviors that is most fundamental to life. Like most other essentials, love, self-esteem, intimacy, trust, moral character, breathing has been mystified and separated like (mind body) from its origin and corrupted by the pressures inherent in our society.

We have developed simplistic good bad dichotomies in breathing that we treat as absolute truth when they are in fact false.

Myth #1 oxygen is always the good air and is the only gas essential for healthy living.
Myth # 2 we need to exhale as much carbon dioxide as possible so that we can get that poisonous gas out of our body.
AND
The biggest myth of all – deep breathing is the best way to relax.
Oxygen is good and essential to life but when it is in the bloodstream it is the CO2 level that determines whether oxygen is released from the bloodstream (PH balance) for use in the cells.
Deep breathing can negatively affect the PH level in the blood with disastrous consequences!

Learning to breathe correctly is essential for good physical and Mental Health!
We breathed correctly as children but physical and psychological stressors have altered that.
Remember that Breathing is a Behavior and is subject to learning good and bad practice.

It is estimated that 60% of all medical emergency responses are due to breathing problems. Poor breathing can trigger the following symptoms or disorders:
Tension and Anxiety Chest Pain
Panic Disorders Heart Palpitations
Depression Nervousness
TMJ Dizziness
Asthma Sighing
IBS Fatigue
Migraine Fear of Death
Hopelessness Breathlessness

Our Breath Training process helps you learn to breathe in a way that helps to regulate the PH level of your blood and thereby make the oxygen carried by the hemoglobin in your bloodstream more available to the cells of your body.
